Scaphognathops stejnegeri és una espècie de peix de la família dels ciprínids i de l'ordre dels cipriniformes.
Morfologia
- Els mascles poden assolir 25 cm de longitud total.[1][2]
Alimentació
Menja detritus, algues, cucs, crustacis i insectes.[1]
Hàbitat
És un peix d'aigua dolça i de clima tropical.[1]
Distribució geogràfica
Es troba a Àsia: conca del riu Mekong a Laos, Tailàndia, Cambodja i el Vietnam.[1][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12]
