Havay (Persian: هواي, romanized: Havāy and Hovāy; also known as Havā)[1] is a village in Dodangeh Rural District, Hurand District, Ahar County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 743, in 167 families.[2]
