Kambel-e Soleyman Rural District (Persian: دهستان كمبل سليمان)[3] is in the Central District of Chabahar County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran.[4] Its capital is the village of Kambel-e Soleyman.[5]

At the 2006 census, its population was 21,803 in 4,285 households.[6] There were 33,482 inhabitants in 7,163 households at the following census of 2011.[7] At the census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 38,268 in 8,854 households. The most populous of its 74 villages was Komb-e Moradabad, with 12,906 people.[2]
