Komeh (Persian: كمه)[a] is a city in, and the capital of, Padena District of Semirom County, Isfahan province, Iran.[4] It also serves as the administrative center for Padena-ye Vosta Rural District.[5]

At the 2006 census, its population was 2,305 in 551 households.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 2,146 people in 576 households.[7] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,184 people in 661 households.[2]
