Lashar-e Shomali Rural District (Persian: دهستان لاشار شمالی) is in the Central District of Lashar County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran. It is administered from the city of Espakeh.[3]

At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of the former Lashar District of Nik Shahr County) was 11,302 in 2,449 households.[4] There were 12,785 inhabitants in 3,140 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 14,204 in 3,683 households. The most populous of its 41 villages was Seyfabad-e Javashiri, with 1,759 people.[2]

After the census, Lashar District was separated from Nik Shahr County in the establishment of Lashar County, which was divided into two districts of two rural districts each, with the city of Espakeh as its capital.[3]
