Paul Decoutere, known under the name Paul Couter (7 February 1949^[1] – 27 April 2021),^[2] was a Belgian guitarist. He played in Freckleface, Tjens Couter [nl] and TC Matic.^[2]^[3]^[4]^[5]^[6]^[7]

Couter was diagnosed with cancer,^[8] and he died in Ghent on 27 April 2021, aged 72.^[2]
