Scorpaena loppei, comúnmente conocido como pez escorpión enano, es una especie de pez perteneciente a la familia de los escorpénidos.[1]
Descripción
Mide 15 cm de longitud máxima.[2][3]
Alimentación
Come principalmente crustáceos.[4] Es un pez marino, demersal y de clima subtropical que vive entre 50-200 m de profundidad.[2][5]
Distribución geográfica
Se encuentra en el Atlántico oriental: Marruecos, Mauritania, Portugal, la costa atlántica de España, Chipre y el Mediterráneo.[2][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16][17]
Observaciones
Es inofensivo para los humanos.[2]
