U.D.O. on Udo Dirkschneiderin vuonna 1987 perustama saksalainen heavy metal -yhtye. U.D.O. oli toiminnassa vuoteen 1992 saakka, kunnes Dirkschneider palasi laulajaksi Accept-yhtyeeseen. Acceptin hajottua toisen kerran, Dirkschneider kokosi U.D.O:n uudelleen vuonna 1996.
