Borbon est une municipalité de la province de Cebu, au nord-est de l'île de Cebu, aux Philippines.

Elle est entourée des municipalités de Sogod (sud), Tabogon (nord), Tabuelan à l'ouest et de la Mer des Camotes à l'est.
