Milcho Manchevski (bahasa Makedonia: Милчо Манчевски [ˈmilt͡ʃɔ ˈmant͡ʃɛfski] simak^ⓘ,), adalah seorang artis, fotografer, penulis-sutradara yang dinominasikan pada penghargaan Akademi yang berbasis di New York kelahiran Makedonia.

Milcho Manchevski menulis dan menyutradarai film fitur Before the Rain (1994), Dust (2001), Shadows (2007) dan Mothers (2011), serta 50 video pendek, termasuk Thursday (2013) dan Tennessee untuk Arrested Development (1991). Ia juga menjadi sutradara pada The Wire di HBO. Ia mengadakan dua pameran fotografi, karya fiksi dan penampilan seni.
