Nitaf (bahasa Arab: نطاف, Natâf) adalah sebuah desa Arab Palestina kecil di Subdistrik Yerusalem. Desa tersebut dikosongkan dalam Perang Saudara Mandat Palestina 1947–1948 pada 15 April 1948 pada tahap kedua Operasi Dani. Desa tersebut berjarak 17 km dari barat Yerusalem.
