클래스 E 기본 나선-루프-나선 단백질 40(BHLHB2)은 인간에서 BHLHE40 유전자에 의해 암호화 된 단백질이다.[5][6][7][8]

기능

DEC1은 다양한 조직에서 발현된 기본 나선-루프-나선 단백질을 암호화한다. 연골 세포에서의 발현은 Bt2cAMP의 첨가에 반응한다. 분화된 배아 연골 세포 발현 유전자 1은 세포 분화의 조절에 관여하는 것으로 여겨진다.[8]
