Anthony Philip Harford, (født 19. april 1957) er en britisk heavy metal vokalist.
Han var vokalist i Black Sabbath fra 1987 til 1991, og fra 1993 til 1997, og var den vokalisten i bandet som var med nest lengst, etter Ozzy Osbourne.
Martin har også vært involvert i mange andre band. Selv om han opptrer mest som vokalist så har han uttalt i et intervju at han spiller gitar, bassgitar, slagverk, fiolin, keyboard, munnspill, sekkepipe, og panfløyte. På sitt soloalbum Scream (2005) spiller han bass, trommer, fiolin og gitar i tillegg til å synge.
