Alexander Soifer (Moscou, 14 de agosto de 1948) é um matemático estadunidense nascido na Rússia. Sua obra inclui cerca de 300 artigos e 10 livros.
Obteve um doutorado em 1973, orientado por Leonid Kulikov.[1]
