Ciklopropan-masni-acil-fosfolipid sintaza (EC 2.1.1.79, ciklopropanska sintetaza, nezasićena-fosfolipidna metiltransferaza, ciklopropanska sintaza, ciklopropan masno kiselinska sintaza, ciklopropan masna kiselina sintetaza, CFA sintaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:nezasićeni-fosfolipid metiltransferaza (ciklizacija).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

S-adenozil-L-metionin + fosfolipid olefinska masna kiselina {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } S-adenozil-L-homocistein + fosfolipid ciklopropan masna kiselina

Ovaj enzim dodaje metilin grupu u 9,10 pozicijama Delta9-olefinskog kiselinskog lanca u fosfatidiletanolaminu.
