Degradativni enzim
Degradativni enzim je enzim (u širem smislu protein) koji razgrađuje biološke molekule. Neki primeri degradativnih enzima:
- Lipaza, razgrađuje lipide,[1]
- Karbohidraza, razgrađuje ugljene hidrate (npr., šećere),[2]
- Proteaza, razgrađuje proteine,[3][4]
- Nukleaza, razgrađuje nukleinske kiseline.
