Granzim B (EC 3.4.21.79, CTLA1, CCPII, citotoksna ćelijska proteinaza-1, granzim G, granzim H, CCP1 proteinaza) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Preferentno odvajanje: -Asp- >> -Asn- > -Met-, -Ser-

Ovaj enzim je prisutan u citotoksičnim T limfocitnim granulama.
