Sortaza-A (EC 3.4.22.70, SrtA, SrtA protein, SrtA sortaza) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Ovaj enzim enzim katalizuje reakciju sortiranja ćelijskog zida u kojoj se površinski protein sa signalom sortiranja koji sadrži LPXTG motif razlaže između Thr i Gly ostataka. Rezultirajući treoninski karboksilni kraj proteina je kovalentno vezan za pentaglicin peptidoglikana.
Ovaj enzim pripada peptidaznoj familiji C60.
