Adenilosukcinatna sintaza (EC 6.3.4.4, IMP—aspartat ligaza, adenilosukcinat sintetaza, sukcinoadenilna kinosintetaza, sukcino-AMP sintetaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom IMP:L-aspartat ligaza (formira GDP).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

GTP + IMP + L-aspartat {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } GDP + fosfat + N6-(1,2-dikarboksietil)-AMP
