43S起始前複合物

43S起始前複合物(英文：43S preinitiation complex,43S PIC)是一種核糖核蛋白複合物，存在於真核轉譯起始的早期階段。43S PIC包含由起始因子eIF1，eIF1A，eIF3和eIF2-Met-tRNAiMet-GTP三元復合物（eIF2-TC）結合的40S核糖體亞基。[1][2][3][4]
